Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds

If you want a refund of a game you bought on my website gamefeelings.com, I will give you one. Always. No time constraint.

However, since I only sell my own games and these are in the form of ‘Steam CD license keys’ you will need to give me the key so I can destroy it permanently (a.k. deactivate it on Steam).

I will then refund you the game price. Depending on the moment you bought it this is full price or the sale price. Restitution price is always including the tax.

Please send me an email at contact@gamefeelings.com and I will get in touch with you.

Process

Once your request is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me again at contact@gamefeelings.com.

Sale items

I keep track of my sales and when my keys got sold and at what price. I will then refund you the game price. Depending on the moment you bought it this is full price or the sale price. Restitution price is always including the tax.

Gifts

If the item was gifted to you and you dont have the key or dont want the payment to be restituted to the original payment method, there is not that much I can do for you. Sorry. Thats a legal loophoop I cannot permit myself to enter.

Steam

The games are activated on Steam. If you have an issue activating the key, go to their help on Steam key activation.

If you bought the game on Steam itself and you want a refund, you have to apply to them for a refund. Their return policies are different than mine, I have no control over that. You can find their refund policy here.
